Among Chef Louise's many talents, baking ranks right at the top. ​This stands out in the culinary world, as the divide between baking and cooking is well established with most chefs firmly favoring one discipline over the other. Many Chefs prefer the exciting "fly by the seat of your pants" aspect of the cooking line, while those who get the baking bug love the exactness of the carefully measured recipes of breads, pastries and desserts.

Louise is one of those rare chefs that both enjoys and excels at each discipline. Though she has been cooking for people in their homes and at Delius Restaurant for over two decades, our pop-up bake sales were started several years ago to allow her to scratch that baking itch.

When pop-ups are announced, you are welcome to place a preorder (no minimums required) to be sure we don't run out of your favorites. Because the pop ups are fairly random, you may also satisfy your cravings by ordering anytime from the menu below. Minimums are listed for placing an order not associated with a pop-up. Minimums are per item and cannot be mixed.
